Terms & Conditions
These terms outline the basis on which Metta Financial Services provides loans. Full contractual terms are provided in your individual loan agreement.
1. Eligibility
Loans are available to Namibian citizens and legal residents aged 18 or older who meet our affordability criteria and provide the required documents.
2. Loan offers
All applications are subject to assessment. An enquiry or application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline any application.
3. Fees and interest
All applicable fees and interest are disclosed in full before you accept a loan offer. You will see your total repayment amount upfront.
4. Repayment terms
Loans of less than N$12,000 are repayable in a single instalment within one month of disbursement. The extended repayment option of up to three months is available only on loans of N$12,000 and above. You agree to repay your loan according to the schedule set out in your loan agreement. Missed or late repayments may incur additional charges.
5. Early settlement
You may settle your loan early. Contact us for a settlement figure.
